Newer in its conception, Kalam’s first chapter was launched in Bilaspur in 2019, under the joint aegis of Abhikalp Foundation, Prabha Khaitaan Foundation, Ehsaas women (Bilaspur), Shree Cement, with Dainik Jaagran- Nayi Duniyaa as its media partner. It recorded its 11th Chapter in January, 2021. Although still in a young phase, Kalam, Bilaspur has seen tremendous acceptance and love from littérateurs.
